All treatments are by prior appointment. Prices in euro, payment in cash. Subject to change — the price quoted when the appointment is made is the one that applies.

How an appointment works

No booking portal with fifteen clicks. You send me a request, I come back to you with a concrete suggestion, and then the appointment is set.

Send a request — pick a treatment, tell me roughly when suits you, send. Or call, WhatsApp or text me — whichever you prefer.
I get back to you — with a specific time. Please tell me how best to reach you.
The appointment is set — binding for both of us. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand.
You come to the studio — five minutes early, please. Payment in cash, straight after the treatment.

What we agree

What you get from me

An appointment that belongs to you alone — no double-booking, no overlap.
Your full treatment time, even if I ran over with the person before you.
The treatment exactly as it is described on this page.
A straight answer in advance if I'd advise against the treatment you've chosen, given your skin or your feet.

What I need from you

A cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment if you can't make it.
Five minutes' buffer before we start.
The amount in cash — card payment isn't possible.
A heads-up about allergies, intolerances or conditions that could matter for the treatment.

Appointments are binding (fixed-date service, § 615 German Civil Code). If you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand or don't turn up, I reserve the right to charge a late-cancellation fee of up to 100 % of the agreed treatment price — payable if I cannot fill the reserved slot at short notice. If the appointment itself was made less than 24 hours in advance, no fee applies. The full terms are in the legal notice.

About me

My name is Jana Bierau. I'm a qualified foot care specialist and beautician, with my diploma since 1993, and I've been running BeautyCase on Zachertstraße in Berlin-Lichtenberg since 2011.

More than thirty years in beauty care have taught me one thing above all: when a skin needs to be left alone, and when it can take something. That's why I work on my own and only with single appointments — not because the studio is small, but because a treatment takes time and attention you can't split in two.

I work with Beahr professional cosmetics. Foot care, facials, or just a short massage in between — I'll be glad to see you.

Common questions

Can I drop in without an appointment?

No. I take single appointments by prior arrangement only. The quickest way is to call 030 22015694 or send a WhatsApp message to 0176 70515162 — or send me a request here on this page.

Can I pay by card?

No, card payment isn't possible at the studio. Please bring the amount in cash.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Not at the moment — voucher sales aren't currently possible.

What if I have to cancel?

Up to 24 hours before your appointment you can cancel free of charge. After that, or if you don't turn up, a fee of up to 100 % of the treatment price may apply — payable if I can't fill the slot at short notice. If the appointment itself was made less than 24 hours in advance, no fee applies.

How long does a treatment take?

It depends on the treatment and on your skin or your feet. Durations are given for the massages; for the other treatments I'll tell you how long it takes when we arrange the appointment.

What's the difference between medical foot care and the wellness version?

Medical foot care includes a foot bath, nails trimmed and filed, problem treatment such as ingrown nails, corns and pressure points, callus removal and foot cream. The intensive wellness version includes all of that plus a foot mask and a foot massage.

What products do you use?

I work with Beahr professional cosmetics.

I have allergies or a skin condition — what should I know?

Please tell me before the treatment, ideally already in your appointment request. Then we can decide together which treatment makes sense. Even with careful consultation, intolerances can never be entirely ruled out.
