These terms of business apply to all services of the beauty studio BeautyCase, Zachertstraße 10, 10315 Berlin, proprietor Jana Bierau (hereinafter "the studio").

2. Appointments

Appointments at the studio are binding. By booking an appointment you accept these terms. Single appointments only are given.

3. Cancellation and no-show fee

Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. If you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand, or do not attend, we reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 100 % of the agreed treatment price under § 615 BGB. The fee falls due if we cannot fill the time reserved for you at short notice. If the appointment itself was made less than 24 hours before the planned time, no fee is charged in the event of a cancellation.

4. Prices and payment

The prices stated at the time of booking apply. Payment is made in cash. Card payment is not possible. Gift vouchers are currently not sold.

The studio accepts no liability for allergic reactions or intolerances that may occur despite careful consultation.

6. Data protection

Personal data collected when requesting or booking an appointment, or during a treatment, is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Changes to these terms
