2. Server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type and version, and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, trouble-free operation). This data is not combined with other data sources.

[PLACEHOLDER — hosting provider name and registered office, and logfile retention period, must be added before publication; if processing is by a processor, refer to the Art. 28 GDPR contract.]

3. Appointment requests via the form

If you use the “request an appointment” form, we process the data you provide — name, phone number, optionally e-mail address, the treatment you want, your preferred times and your message — solely in order to handle your request and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time, informally.

Special categories of personal data: If you voluntarily provide details of allergies, intolerances or medical conditions in the message field, this constitutes health data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR. Such details are voluntary; we process them solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR) and only in order to carry out your treatment safely. Please provide no more than is necessary for the treatment.

4. Contact by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail

If you contact us by any of these means, we process your details in order to deal with your enquiry. If you use WhatsApp, that provider's own privacy terms also apply, over which we have no influence.

5. Retention

Your data is deleted as soon as the purpose for storing it no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies. There is no audience measurement and no profiling. Technically necessary settings — such as your language choice and your decision to load the map — are stored locally in your browser only and are not transmitted to us.

7. Map (OpenStreetMap)

The map on this site loads only after you have explicitly agreed. When it loads, your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

8. No disclosure to third parties

Your data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for advertising purposes.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Please use the contact details given above.

10. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.

11. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the legal situation or the functionality of this website changes.
